Through our involvement in finance and human resources shared services, Hitachi Management Partner Corp. (hereafter referred to as "our company") handles a variety of information, including our own technical information and information received from customers. Our company has developed an approach to the protection of personal information based on this experience. Along with the planning and establishment of regulations and a management system, we familiarize executives and employees with the privacy policy printed below, and make the policy easily available to the general public. Definition of personal information

Our company defines personal information as information about an individual which can identify the specific individual by name, date of birth or other description, or assigned identification numbers, symbols or other codes, images or sounds contained in the information concerned (including such information as will allow easy reference to other information and will thereby enable the identification of the specific individual, although the applicable information alone is unable to identify such an individual). In addition to identification information, personal information also includes all facts, judgments, and evaluations relating to an individual's body, finances, occupation, criminal record and similar information. Our company protects and manages personal information with utmost care and effort based on the privacy policy described below.

Purpose of acquisition and use, provision to third parties

  1. In our business operations, we acquire and use only the extent of your personal information necessary to achieve the following purposes:
