About the Protection of Personal Information Relating to Dispatch Work

Purpose of use for the personal information of dispatch workers

  1. For dispatch workers, personal information is used to verify permission for communications, questions, and conclusion of contracts.
  2. Personal information is used to identify workers who are dispatched to any of our offices, to maintain security and protect our company's assets and confidential information.
  3. Aside from the above, personal information is also used for fulfilling legal obligations as stated in the Act for Securing the Proper Operation of Worker Dispatching Undertakings and Improved Working Conditions for Dispatched Workers, Industrial Safety and Health Act, and Construction Business Act.

    Note: For the purposes stated above, we will not make transactions using your personal information if we cannot obtain your consent. In such cases, the transaction might be canceled or discarded.

Providing personal information to third parties

As a rule, we never provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

  • Under legal obligation
  • The personal information pertains to a worker dispatched to our company, and is used only in communications within Hitachi Group

If we need to provide your personal information to a third party other than in the above cases, for each transaction we will contact you for consent.

About requests or complaints regarding disclosure, end of use, and amendments

  1. Dispatch company executives and employees can file a demand for cancellation or a complaint about disclosure or end of use regarding personal information retained by our Procurement Division. However, we might be unable to fulfill such demands due to legal obligations.
  2. Dispatch company executives and employees can file a request for correction of the contents of personal information in the possession of our Procurement Division. In this case, our company will verify the accuracy of the personal information, and correct any information in our possession that is judged to be incorrect.
  3. To file one of the above requests in 1 and 2 or a complaint, enter the required items and the form below, and send it to the person in charge in our Procurement Division.
    However, if you (the requester) are not an executive or employee of a dispatch company, or the request includes a combination of items concerning your dispatch company and other concerns, due to the need for separate procedures, you will need to contact our call center.
